PRORIL有什麼特別的價值觀或目標是你特別認同的?
在PRORIL裡「把複雜變簡單」是我特別認同的目標。在學習的過程中複雜的步驟,往往使人感到困惑或沉重。「把複雜變簡單」,不僅僅是一種工作方法,更是解決問題的策略。它強調的是在繁瑣的流程中找到核心,將不必要的細節過濾掉,使問題得以更清晰呈現,從而讓解決方案更具有效率和可執行性。

它能夠幫助PRORIL的夥伴們在面對複雜挑戰時,保持清晰的思維,不受干擾地專注於關鍵問題。PRORIL追求的是創造簡單而有效的解決方案,而非追求短期的成果或快速的解決方式。這種心態不僅能提高工作效率,也能帶來更具長期價值的成果。在這樣的價值觀下,夥伴們可以少一些壓力,多一些專注,更容易做到。
Are there any particular values or goals that you believe in?
At PRORIL, I deeply appreciate the principle of “simplifying complicated tasks.” When learning something new, complex procedures can often be overwhelming. “Simplifying complicated tasks” is not just a way of work but a problem-solving strategy. It emphasizes finding the core of a complicated issue, eliminating unnecessary details, and making the problem clearer, which leads to more efficient and effective solutions.

This approach enables PRORIL’s team to stay focused on the key issues when facing complicated challenges. PRORIL seeks to create simple yet effective solutions rather than pursuing short-term gains or quick fixes. This mindset improves work efficiency and delivers long-lasting outcomes.as a result, our team is able to experience less burden, enhanced focus, and greater relief in achieving their goals.
有沒有哪個經手過的項目讓你特別自豪?
記得剛來PRORIL的時候,接手的是倉庫的管理,在資訊系統還不健全的狀況下,玉婷他帶著我認識產品,了解產品架構組成及零件的共用性,也要我把它們背起來,可以幫助我對料件歸位及備料的效率提高。也因為我能夠將BOM表牢牢地記在腦海中,當轉戰生管後,幫助我更快安排生產順序。在生產過程中,某些材料因供應商延遲而無法即時到貨,我也能立即依賴BOM表的記憶,快速調整順序或分配其他庫存材料,確保生產不中斷。這樣的熟悉度不僅使我在排程上能更靈活地調配物料,還能迅速應對突發狀況,快速地調度資源,而不影響生產進度。也是在PRORIL養成的核心能力「彈性的製造能力」。

這種對BOM表的精通不僅增進了我的工作效率,也展現了我的專業價值。透過快速、準確地挪料和排程調整,不僅確保了產品順利完成,還讓我對自己的專業知識更加自信,並對團隊及整體流程的順暢運行感到由衷的自豪。
Is there any specific project you have worked on that made you proud?
When I first started at PRORIL, my initial responsibility was managing the warehouse. At that time, the information system was not fully developed yet. My colleague, Yuting, guided me through the products, teaching me about their structure, components, and versatility. She even encouraged me to memorize the BOM for improving the efficiency in material placement and preparation. This proved invaluable to me when I was transferred to product management. For instance, when suppliers delayed transporting raw materials, I could quickly adjust the production priority or allocate other available inventory, ensuring uninterrupted production. This deep understanding of the BOM allows me to be more flexible in allocating raw materials and distributing resources without disrupting production when unexpected challenges occur. It was through this experience that I have developed the core skill of “flexible manufacturing” that is so valued at PRORIL.

Mastering the BOM has increased my efficiency and boosted my professional value. Through quickly and accurately allocating materials and adjusting schedules, I ensure the seamless completion of products. This experience also gives me a great sense of pride in my professional skills and a strong commitment to the seamless operation of overall workflow.
目前工作中,你最享受的部分是什麼?
在工作中,最享受的部分,莫過於面對挑戰並化繁為簡,這也是PRORIL的工作哲學所賦予的重要價值。我們秉持著「傳承的哲學:跟隨,承擔,讓位,補位」的精神,在面對每一項工作時,並非只是例行性的執行任務,而是帶著深度的思考和對責任的認同,確保每個環節都不會漏。

當前輩讓位、後輩補位時,並不單單只是傳遞工作,更是一種責任的轉移,甚至是對整個流程的一次重新審視和精進。在承擔的過程中,透過反思和修正,我們可以從中找到最佳的解決方案,將複雜的問題以簡化的方式展現出來。這種過程帶來的成就感,是工作中的愉悅所在。

PRORIL所強調的傳承,是對精益求精的體現。當我們在接下某個角色或責任時,我們不僅僅是完成任務,更會針對流程中的每一個細節進行優化。我認為,工作的重心在於效率的提升,而非一成不變。因而,在補位的同時,對工作流程中的痛點進行改良,使得複雜的事情不再是不可控的,而是可掌握、可簡化的。 最享受的,便是這樣一個循環過程:「跟隨,承擔,讓位,補位」,這讓我們在職場中不斷自我成長,並且成為團隊裡無可或缺的一環。
What do you enjoy most about your current work?
The most enjoyable part of my work is tackling challenges and simplifying complexity. This is a core value of PRORIL. We adhere to the principle of “following, taking responsibility, making way, and filling in,” approaching each task with deep engagement and a sense of responsibility, ensuring that no detail is left behind.

When a senior colleague steps aside and a junior colleague takes over, we should be aware that it is not just about passing on tasks to somebody else; it is a transfer of responsibility and an opportunity to review and improve the entire process. Through reflection and adjustment, we can uncover the best solutions and simplify complex problems. The sense of accomplishment gained from this process is what makes my work truly enjoyable.

The value of succession highlighted at PRORIL reflects our commitment to continuous improvement. When we take on a new role or duty, we do not simply complete it. Instead, we strive to optimize every step of the process. I believe that the priority of our work lies in enhancing efficiency, not simply maintaining the status quo. Therefore, when filling in for others, we actively seek to identify and address pain points in our workflow, reversing complex tasks into manageable and simplified ones.

The cycle of “following, taking responsibility, making way, and filling in” is what I find most rewarding. It enables us to grow personally and become indispensable to the team.
